Jean Allen Escrow Co., Inc. is an independent escrow company licensed by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) under License No. 963-0480. The company was founded by Jean R. Allen on January 11, 1974. Jean R. Allen handled all types of escrow transactions and specialized in business opportunity and liquor license transfers. She owned and operated the company until her passing in October, 1987, at which time her son, Jeff R. Frederickson, and his spouse, Cheri L. Parks, commenced management and control of the business.

For more than five decades, the family has built a strong and respected reputation and has strived to provide the highest quality of service in the industry. Since its inception, the company’s business has not been limited to real estate transactions, although residential, commercial, and income real estate still represent the majority of its transactions. The company also provides services for business opportunity (bulk sale) escrows, liquor license transfer escrows, corporate stock transfer escrows, and refinance escrows.
