Our story
A family company, built on judgment and trust.
Founded on January 11, 1974 by Jean R. Allen, our company has been owned and operated by the same family for more than five decades. After Jean’s passing in 1987, her son Jeff R. Frederickson and his spouse Cheri L. Parks took over management — continuing the standards she set.
Today we’re recognized as true experts in and around the Long Beach area, particularly in business opportunity (bulk sale) escrows, liquor license transfers, and corporate stock transfers.
